Policies

  1. To reserve, please complete the Order Request Form in full. If we can deliver your request on your date, we will promptly send an invoice.

  2. Invoice payment is required to confirm your reservation.

  3. Signs are fragile. Please do not lean on signs, but we encourage you to take pictures to capture the memory of your celebration.

  4. Please make any lawn care arrangements prior to our arrival. Our equipment is your responsibility while it’s in your yard.

  5. Please do not allow children or pets to play near the sign arrangement or lawn care activity in the area of the sign.

  6. Your items will be picked-up by someone on the Ballantyne Yard Cards team on the pick-up date. Please do not move items.

  7. If you send a greeting to friend or family member and they would like to have it removed at a certain time, please notify us.

  8. We are not able to refund if we are given the wrong address on the order form. There is a $50 charge to reinstall at another nearby location.

  9. Please advise us in advance if you want your sign set up in a specific area of your yard. We will generally set-up as close to the front-center area of your yard. Set up location will adjust according to available lawn area and the size of the sign.

  10. Extreme inclement weather can delay sign set-up. We will always try our best to set-up as soon as conditions are safe.

  11. Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display.  Balloons can damage equipment. You may place a balloon display at a distance to compliment your sign.

  12. We will give full refunds for cancellations received at least 6 days in advance.
